Civil Obedience?: A video about obeying the law from some students at Georgia State. (Another version available on Google Video)

Apparently Atlanta has, like many large metro areas, quite a traffic problem. I read a couple of blogs of people in the Atlanta area, and many posts concern the traffic there.

Some local university students decided to make the point that the 55 MPH speed limit existing on some stretches of freeway was somewhat ridiculous given how much faster most people drive. If no one obeys the law as a matter of course, how meaningful is it?

Anyway, it seems likely that concerted efforts at blocking traffic, even if you are going exactly the speed limit, probably isn’t legal either, but it was still quite a sight to see all the cars crest the hill towards the end of the video.
